Take a look and compare the specifications of the 40-150 inside handle to yours. We'll include the dimensions from our product page below, along with a video showing how to adjust the handle to accept two different-sized spindles. Thank you!

Thank You for the quick response. I will check the measurements and see if this will work. Is there a replacement handle set available if we end up replacing the knob on the exterior side also?

We do not carry an exact match for your assembly since Cole Sewell has been out of business for quite some time but past customers with similar hardware have been able to adapt something like the 40-177 to work in many cases. Review the specifications below to see if you could adapt this to work for your door as well.
