I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for your handle set but take a look at our 40-152 , 40-130 and 40-131 . Review our dimensions and see if you think you could adapt one of these to your door.

In regards to the door handle model 40-152 , what are the dimensions or the outside handle. Total length and the distance of the screws placement?

Take a look at the image below where you can see that the total hole spacing for the plate is 6-1/2". The length of the back plate is 8".
