Cole Sewell Handle set, Brass Outside and White Inside

I'd like to replace this hardware but unsure what will fit. It is a Cole Sewell door from 1996

Cole Sewell is no longer in business, so you probably won't be able to get this exact handle set. The good news is, the 40-058 can be used as a substitute. It just has a slightly different style. Look it over and let me know what you think.
