On your website you show an inquiry from "Home Owner Minnesota" on 7/13/17. The pictures and dimensions he submitted look exactly like my current fixture. At that time, your technician recommended the 40-152 Pull Handle Set. Would that work and is it still available? In the description, it is described as replacing a standard push button handle. As you see, my current handle is a lever handle. Would this work and how does a pull handle click to close?

I also found the 40-155 Keyed Deadbolt with 1 3/4" between hole centers for a 1" outswinging door. It measures 1 1/2" across and our current deadbolt is 1 3/8" across, therefore neatly covering the outline of the current fixture.

Are these fixtures brass coated? solid brass?
