I have two locksets that come to mind. We have the 40-193, which looks close to your handle, and the 40-049, which is a little different but may still work.

Your old storm handle set appears to be the same style as shown above. Have you reviewed the 40-193 and 40-049 sets that Dave recommended above? If not, I highly recommend that you do so. They remain our best options.
