Cole Sewell Storm door

Question

There is a broken piece inside the exterior door handle. It is a small round washer looking part. See the picture above. Can it be replaced or do I need a new handle. If so, can I get just the exterior handle. I added pictures of the broken pat and the exterior handle

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid the exact handle set you show is no longer made, so we aren't able to provide the small replacement parts necessary to repair it. That said, we can offer a complete handle set replacement that may work. I would suggest considering our 40-152. This set has an outside plate that should cover up any holes not used in your door.
