Cole Sewell door knob replacement

I am looking for a replacement door knob for my old Cole Sewell strom door.  The registration number is 12049896016 0009.  Any help would be most appreciated.

Unfortunately, Cole Sewell went out of business, and their registration codes are basically Greek to us. Can you send a photo of your handle? We are familiar with a number of handles used on Cole Sewell doors, we just need to pick out the right one for you.
