Cole Sewell doors

Question

I have two Cole Sewell doors and I am looking for a replacement inside door latch.

The lockset you have now is no longer available. I suggest considering our 40-130 set as a replacement. The mounting holes should line up with yours. As for the inside lever handle on your other door, take a look a the 40-150. I believe this would make a good replacement.
