Cole Sewell replacement handle set

I have a cole Sewell registration number for my door. I see that this means absolutely nothing since they are out of business. I'm looking for a replacement handle. Photos are below. Please help.

Hello! You're correct, Cole Sewell has been out of business for a long time. The good news is that I see your particular handle set pretty much every day of my life. We don't have an exact match but our 40-058 should work well as a substitute. The video below should also give you a good idea of how this handle set works and whether or not it will work for you.
