Hello to you, too! Cole Sewell is out of business, so this handle isn't made anymore, but I think we can still help. It appears that you have a serious case of Droopy Handle, which can be cured by replacing just the inside handle. I think our 40-150 would be a good match for you.
If you need an all-new handle set, the closest match we can provide is our 40-058 lever handle with deadbolt set. We've had a lot of customers report that this set works as a great replacement. Let us know which route you decide to take!
