Is there a matching replacement available? notice no-key internal door lock.

A droopy handle is usually fixed by replacing the internal latch; the internal latch is the one with the spring, so once that's swapped out the external handle (which is literally just a handle) should start functioning normally again. I recommend the 40-150. I believe you can use this to repair your door.
