Hey there, thanks for reaching out to us. Cole Sewell has been out of business for a long time, but I have had a ton of different customers tell me that our 40-058 works perfectly fine as a replacement for the old set you show here. Look it over and please let me know if you had any questions about it!

the interior latch is different from ours. Does yours come with the proper strike plate to catch the latch?

It does come with a keeper, yes, though it may not fit perfectly with your door frame. Some creative adaptation may be necessary.
