Color Tip for 31" spiral balance

Question

Hello my friend,
My window size is 62 1/5 inches x 36 1/5 inches.
I have a spiral tilt window balance broken and I need to replace it, it has 5/8 diameter of white pipe plastic and 31 inch long, the tip shows white color but the pivot shoe have black circle where the window is attached.
I need to buy a correct color tip, what would you recommend for this type of spiral tilt window balance.

Hey, Marino. I hope you had a good New Year. Based on your pictures, I would start by looking at our S600-31 spiral balance. I would recommend the red tip, though, which should carry the same sash weight range (7 through 29 pounds). What do you think?
