Looks like you need a new weep hole cover. I think we can help, but I'll need a bit more information. Would it be possible to see a picture of the cover in question out of the window? Can you also tell me the size of the hole it plugs into, height" x width"? Thanks!

Couldn't get old one out but it has a flap on it that flips open and closed, hopefully this helps you

Thank you. Unfortunately, we don't appear to have a weep hole cover in this size. You may want to consider our 26-186. This is a very versatile weep hole that I've used on a ton of different windows; the catch is that you need to drill a hole on either side of your original weep hole in order for it to plug in. Would that work for you?

Not sure if I want to drill any holes in my window will think about it and get back to you if I decide to buy the item you suggested
