Hello,
It looks like you have an old Thermal Guard window. We carry a limited supply of Thermal Guard parts including the 15-070 pivot shoe, 26-147 handle, and 26-356 pivot bar sets. Unforutnately, the nylon housings for the pivot bars are no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
