Comfort window counter balance

Question

I have Comfort windows that all have dual connected counterbalances and the lower balance is attached to the shoe.  There is no stamp on the balances to tell me what size/weight of a new balance to replace them with.

Hello! Thanks so much for reaching out to us. We may be able to supply this balance, but before we can suggest anything I need to see a clear photo of the pivot shoe. I also need you to remove the assembly from the frame and tell me the depth of the springs.

Additionally, if there is no stamp printed on the coil itself, then your only other option is to weigh the sash on a scale. Tell me what that is and I can tell you the appropriate spring calibration.
