Comfort world parts window pivot bar and coil

Question

Hello, I'm located in Phoenix, Arizona, and I recently purchased a property with double-pane windows. One of the windows has a broken pivot bar, and the plastic bottom piece that connects the pivot bar to the coil balancer is also damaged and needs to be replaced. I've done some research and found that the parts may be compatible with most side window components, but I would appreciate any clarification or assistance in finding the correct parts. Can anyone help with this?
