Thank you for reaching out to us. I do believe that you have a very old Kawneer brand commercial door. We carry the 79-123 pivot which fits the newer Kawneer doors, but I'm not sure if you could adapt it to your door. Take a look at the specifications for the 79-125 and the 79-133 door pivots to see if either of these could be a better choice for your door.
