Commercial Door help

Question

I have a commercial double front door that has lost pieces of its wool pile weatherstripping. The bottom sweep is also in bad shape. I'm having trouble finding the right measurements for this particular sized pile.
The door is leaking air like crazy and we are in Florida so you can imagine that this is a problem. Any help would be appreciated. We need to get this fixed without spending an insane amount.

See our 58-105 first. The base seems to match, but the wool pile doesn't look much taller than yours. I'm not sure we can get a taller weather stripping than this, unfortunately. Could you still get it to work? As for the bottom sweep, look at our 40-005.
