Lower hinge aluminum plate broke. please identify and advise on replacement parts. Thanks.

I'm sorry to say that I don't recognize your pivot based on these photos. I can't quite make out the hole pattern to narrow down the list of possibilities.

For now, you can see our full selection of commercial door pivots here. Right now my best guess is the 79-125, but you will have to see how well the design matches the original.
