Store owner. Building is over 100 years old and door pivots and hinges have eroded.

Thanks for writing in. Start with this: look at the 79-124 door pivot. I believe yours is an older version of this pivot. Depending on the age of your pivot set, you might need to re-drill mounting holes to install the longer top door pivot pin, but I still think it can work for you. Compare our measurements to what you have, and let me know if you agree.
