Commercial Sliding Door Roller Assembly

Greetings,
The roller assembly picture attached has 1 1/4" dia. steel wheels, 5/16" width and 1/4" dia. hole.
The 1 1/4" wheel repair kit that you carry, what is the weight specification for the bearings?

Hey there, Mark!

Thanks for posting. I believe you may be referring to the wheel in the 81-266 1-1/4" dia Roller and Axle Kit. The manufacture states the ball-bearing wheel used in this kit has a load rating of 100lbs. Take a look at the video tutorial below for an idea on how to swap out the wheel.

Another replacement option would be our 81-176 Tandem Patio Roller. This roller assembly may work as replacement, even though there are some slight differences in the design of the housing. Take a look and see what you think.
