Commercial door hinge

Question

This is a commercial door from Kanweer installed in 1992. I can not find an #

The hinge is 1-1/4 wide

Can you help

Please see our 79-124 pivot. I believe this one could fit your door. Take note you might have the older style Kawneer pivot that attaches to the top of the door itself with three bolts. The top door pivot on the newer 79-124 is attached with two bolts. You might need to re drill for the newer style.
