Commercial door pivot

I have a commercial door that I have attached photos of parts I am need of. I currently have a left hand bottom pivot but need a right hand the same as photo below

I'm afraid I haven't been able to find a commercial door pivot with the same hole pattern I see in your last picture. I'm not sure if anything we carry can work. You can look through our entire selection here. I'm sorry we cannot offer a more definitive replacement.
