Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions and mounting hole pattern of the commercial door pivot sets related on this page to yours. I believe you may need the 79-125 used on Amarlite commercial doors. Take a look at the 79-125 on the website, along with the related video on commercial doors, to determine the correct match. Thanks for posting.
