Commercial store front door hinge

Question

This is a 1965 door. So I am guessing they don't make this hinge anymore. Can you recommend some hinge that I can retrofit ?

When standing outside, the lock is on the left side and you push the door in and to the right to open it.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the commercial door pivot shown in the photos. I would suggest contacting a glass shop or locksmith in your area who repairs commercial doors.
