Commercial toilet door concealed latch

A quick learner from south riding virginia says:
This is from a toilet door in our community center, The latch pin does not extend when the knob is turned. Do you think I also need a new door latch--it looks like 10-563

Yes, it's possible you need a new inside latch. Does it appear damaged in any way? I also recommend trying to throw it manually to confirm that it's not working.
A quick learner from south riding virginia says:
Manually, I cannot get the latch pin to extend beyond the door. So can you please advise as to what knob set I should order as well as the inside latch?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
If you can't manually extend the latch then it's likely broken. You will have to replace it. I'm not sure exactly what you have, but if it matches our 10-563 then I would go with that.

As for the latch, see our 10-557 and see what you think. Be sure to also see our video on how to replace this hardware.
