I want to fix the weatherstripping on the commercial windows. It seems that they are shrinking please help.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the seal shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
