Please see the attached pics and let me know if your 23-215 would work for me. My measurements are 2 7/8", 1 9/16" and 1 5/8" , instead of your 3", 1/9/16 and 1 7/8"
Also, my brackets have DNS stamped on the metal, and DNS and DNS 1H-0414 stamped on the plastic guide.
