Complete Bottom pivot assembly

A handy person from Fort myers Fl says:

I need 2 complete bottom pivot assemblies for 2 casement windows, 1-right hand and 1-lefthand. All I have at this time is this 1 picture and "trust" inscribed on one of the pieces.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Take a look and compare our 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators to yours, as well as the 36-048 hinge set if you need to replace them as well. Thanks for posting!
