Great question. You have come to the right place. However, the numbers you have provided does not help us with the identification of your hardware nor the search of a replacement. The most efficient procedure would be to send us photos of the hardware in question and supply us with the measurements and dimensions you are looking for. From there we will do our best in locating a suitable substitute.
