Complete lock for stall

Hi Do you have this complete lock in stock ? the backset is 2 5/8

if so I would need 4 of these

I'd suggest taking a look at the 10-557 handle and 10-563 internal latch. Review the specifications below compared to yours. Thanks for posting!
