Confirm Replacement Roto Operator

A home owner from Covington,KY says:
Hello,

I have several older Silver Line casement windows using a male 5/16 hex handle (like product 39-226). The handles constantly slip out of the operator, which I take that part is stripped. As there doesn't seem to be an available replacement operator can you confirm what a suitable replacement would be? Photo attached. It looks like the original operator is attached vertically with simple screws which are ~4 inches apart on center. The base is attached with two screws on each side and one in the center (5 total). The screw holes appear to match product 39-330.

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

The operator shown in your photos looks like a match to the 39-329 and 39-330, depending on how the dimensions below compare to yours. Not that these replacements are used with the 39-232 folding handle. This does not install using a hex like the 39-226 but it is possible that your operator spline may have disconnected from the base and was still attached to the handle. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
