Truth Hardware dual arm casement window operator.

The gears are work and it starts to "skip" when the window is almost closed. Have to pull it shut manually to lock it.

Long Arm - 41011
Short Arm - 31876

Bottom of Crank Handle # - 45240

Bottom of Assembly - 022300 08:47

This looks like either the 39-253LB or the 39-348B. The difference between these two operators is explained in the video below. In either case, for a new cover and handle you could use the 39-375 or the 39-451, depending on the style you prefer.
