Thanks for the additional photos. Your balances can be replacement by either the S380-27 or the S385-27. You'll need to measure the shoe depth to determine the correct balance.

I believe you'll need the 2640 stamp option but it would be a good idea to make sure the sash weight falls between 19 to 26lbs.
