Window will not close all the way unless we lift up on the top inside and continue to crank close.
The black piece in picture is still there but broken This is a pic of the window part on the other side of it. I'm guessing the broken part is what is not making it close all the way.
It has a # 3152 on it. It looks like part 36-004-10 but the black piece looks different than ours and also ours is a light tan color.
Thanks for reaching out to us. That black piece is not sold separately, unfortunately. The good news is that the hinge you picked out, 36-004-10, will probably still work for you as a replacement even though it looks different. The only catch is that you have to replace the top and bottom at the same time so that it has a symmetrical operation.
I'm afraid it does not. However if you prefer that color you can always use the 36-049 instead. They're interchangeable, the major difference being that the 36-004-10 is stainless steel while the 36-049 is only resistant to corrosion due to its powder coating. If you don't live in a salt air environment where rust is a concern then it really only comes down to personal preference.
