Confirming sliding door handle will work

Question

I am hoping you can help confirm which keyed sliding door handle will replace the handle in the pic I have included. I am hoping to utilize the existing mortise latch which is in good shape still.

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I believe the thumb lever is fixed in an offset position. However, please correct me if I'm wrong. Assuming I'm right, I recommend you have a look at the 82-087 handle set with 3-15/16" hole center spacing. Review the specifications and see what you think.
