Confused! Which Operator do I Need?

A quick learner from Farmingdale, NY says:
Hi?Was looking at your website. I we need a crank assembly for the window. Two of the gears are stripped. I can't figure out which one it is. I can't find any manufacturer names or part numbers on the window. Please get back to me. Thank you ? ? Mark

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Casement operators are most reliably identified based on the style and the dimensions. This operator looks most like our 39-171 to me. Just look over the dimensions listed in the pictures on its shop page, and let me know if anything seems askew. For a new handle see the 39-114L
