I cannot connect extendor arm to window .

Did I order the correct replacement ? 39-278

I'm not sure the 39-278 is what you want. This doesn't have that same collar I see at the end of your arm. Could something like our 39-025 and 39-026 work better for you?

Am I able to exchange the one I bought for the 39-025 ?

What would the process be ?

You are certainly able to return the incorrect 39-278. Once we recieve it back, we'll re-credit your payment method. In the meantime, you can place a new order for the 39-025 whenever you would like!
