Connector between lower window and frame

Question

There are two of these at the bottom of the window. They are attached to the lower window with a screw and fit into the slide of the window.
The length is 2.5 inches long, 5/16 tall, and 3/16 thick. The hole is 3/8 from the end with the nipple
