Thanks for posting! Looks like the spring and clip are fine, so you may be able to get away with just replacing the shoe. If you agree, check out our 15-180 and see how well it matches.

We unfortunately don't sell the whole assembly. We only sell the constituent components separately.

Looking at the photo above, that would be the following parts:

• 15-180 pivot shoe
• Series 190 coil spring
• 15-186 single spring clip
• 15-182 bushing
• 33-073 spring

Note that you will need the stamp printed on the original coil spring to determine the proper weight rating.

Also keep in mind that with the exception of the springs, you only need to replace what's broken. If the shoe is in good condition then you can continue to reuse it. However if you replace even one spring in the window, you ought to replace them all to ensure that their tension is the same.
