Constant Force Balancer

A contractor from Green Bay, WI says:

I am looking to replace several balancers for VISTA WINDOW COMPANY windows. They went out of business several years ago.

The balancers do not have any markings other than the weight stamp.

These are a little thicker than the balancers I tried to use as replacements. They are 1 1/4" wide and 7/8" thick.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Jon.
