Hello Swisco.
The window shown in the uploaded image slides down when opened. I've removed and reinserted the to Coil Balance items but the issue remains. Wondering if replacement of the coils would address the issue.
The window is 24-25 lbs. Looking to confirm if this is a good tact and then correct items to order for replacement. Any help / guidance is appreciated. Thanks.
