Thank you very much for waiting while we looked into this! We don't have an exact match for this shoe but we suggest you consider the 15-192 and Series 170 coil springs. Can you tell us if there's a stamped code on the band of the coil spring? If not, we will need you to weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight.

You will also need the 15-185 cover and 15-157 balance drum. You might also need to replace the pivot bar to fit in the 15-192 shoe. Can you remove an undamaged version from the sash and show us some photos?

A purchasing agent from Manchester says:
Hi Paul, the stamp on the coils say "10" and here are photos of the pivot bars.

Thanks for getting back to me! Please allow us a little more time to research this. I will reach back out to you the moment we have more information.

The #10 on the coil spring indicates 10 pounds, so you can use two S170-405 5-pound springs.

So for one sash, you will need two 15-192 pivot shoes, four S170-405, four 15-185 covers, four 15-157 balance drums, and two 26-415 pivot pins to replace the original pins.
