Thanks for writing in. This looks like our 15-087 Pivot Shoe, as well as the 15-086 Tandem Housing. This shoe is compatible with our Series 180 Coil Balance springs. Your pivot bar might be replaceable with our 26-021; look over and compare. See our 26-382S Pivot Bar case if you need the case as well.
