Constant force balance replacement part

A quick learner from Carlotta, CA says:
I'm looking for constant force balance replacement parts This is a double hung window, the windows tilt out and the pivot bar has a notch in the shaft and the shaft has flange like ends (see picture).

One spring broken and then a second and then a third. I'd like to know what my options are. It looks like I can buy just springs and replace the ones in the housings. Or do you sell the appropriate total unit.

I've only taken one housing out and noticed it has a crack. I would most likely replace all 4 units to be safe. My concern is the flanges on the pivot bar and if your replacement unit would be compatable. Can you advice on what parts I would need. The housing and the coil spring has the number 7 on it and the window is 30 inches wide by 35 inches high.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
For the coil springs, you can use S180-7. Our coil spring housing (with the center pivot cam) is different than yours, because it also houses the coil spring, where yours appears not to. We also carry the 15-086 tandem coil spring for adding an additional coil spring to the balance system. Your pivot bar will fit in our 15-087. The flange actually sides into the window track groove.
