Your original assembly resembles the 15-252 inverted dual support that uses the Series 160 coil springs. Please review the dimensions to confirm a good fit!
The original housing is marked with a 14 indicating 14 pounds of support per assembly. You can use (1) S160-06 and (1) S160-07 coil springs along with the dual support to get to 14 pounds. Together with the other side, the total sash weight should weight 28 pounds.
