https://www.swisco.com/Patio-Glass-Door-Pull/pd/Patio-Sliding-Glass-Door-Replacement-Pull-Handles/88-009 Our current handle looks just like this but we measure the screws to be 6 1/2" apart. Would this fit? Or do you have another option that would work?

I'm afraid we don't have a handle with a 6-1/2" hole spacing. That's not too far off from 6-5/8". I would double check to make sure that's not what you have. Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not their edges. I can't imagine they'd make an identical handle with such a minor difference.
