Rusco Awning Operator Inquiry

Question

I just bought your 39-350 look-rusco operator, RH model. Do you have left hand versions of these? Also, one of the photos shows the actuator arm located towards the center of the housing...Is this true? if so, great, as other similar named operators from other vendors have the arm right up against the inside side of the housing, which does not align well with the window's arm and interferes with the rectangular hole in the window frame. The window has a 5/16 hole in the arm, so the 5/16 shoulder bolt with 1/4 inch threads is correct. The window does have other mounting holes showing, and are badly deteriorated, so I am not sure that these look-rusco operators were original equipment. Thanks

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid the left hand version of the 39-350 has been discontinued. I suggest you take a look at the 39-016 and 39-017. See if you can adapt these to your window. Be sure to check if the mounting holes align with your old part.
