I have a couple of windows that won't stay open anymore. The plastic (nylon) pieces on top have broken off. Is there any way I can send you a couple of photos and then you tell me what I need to repair them? I will, of course, order the parts from you if they can be fixed. Thank you. James Herman

It looks like the top sash guide you showed us might be damaged. If so, could you show us an undamaged one removed form the window? Thank you!

How do I remove it from a window without breaking it also?
